Who we are and what we are for
DSS is a Ukrainian engineering group specialising in the development and serial production of precision antenna systems for UAVs
We run the full manufacturing cycle on our own fleet of HAAS (USA) CNC centres, holding tolerances to the micron and keeping the geometry of every unit exact. Each item is individually checked on VNA analysers, which guarantees a stable link and resistance to interference in the hardest conditions.
Our mission is to build a dependable technological foundation for unmanned aviation by replacing imported equivalents with quality Ukrainian solutions. We keep improving our designs against modern electronic warfare and scale capacity for serial deliveries of over 5000 units a day.
What we do
Metalworking on HAAS CNC centres
We machine metals and polymers to high precision on modern HAAS (USA) vertical milling centres. Our own production base covers the full cycle: from writing the control programme to your drawings through to serial output with finishing.
The fleet of HAAS vertical milling centres holds micron tolerances on a run of any size — from a first prototype to a batch of several thousand. We work with aluminium and copper alloys, structural steels and engineering plastics, and every control programme is written to the customer's drawing.
A finished part leaves us complete: anodising, electroplating, laser marking and geometry control with a measurement protocol are part of the cycle.
What we do
Plastic injection moulding
Our own fleet of injection moulding machines produces housings, mounts and radio-transparent elements of antenna systems from engineering plastics. We take on the whole cycle — from designing the mould to your drawing through to a serial batch with consistent geometry.
We design and cut the mould on our own CNC base, so the time from an approved drawing to the first shot is measured in weeks rather than months. For radio-transparent elements we select the material by its dielectric properties, so the housing does not detune the antenna.
Serial moulding runs with weight and geometry control on every batch, and the mould stays in our keeping.
